This is our special course for hardcore foodies who want to dive head first into Chinese cuisine. Join us for 2 weeks to learn all about cuisine form Sichuan, Guangdong (Canton), Beijing, and beyond. You'll learn how to make dumplings, hand-pulled noodles, kungpao chicken, dim sum and more.

If you only want to attend half of the course, please contact us.
We are unable to provide accommodation, so you will need to book your own hotel. Here are some Nearby Hotels that you can take a look at.
We are very relaxed, you can drink beer or coffee while following the teacher in class. (We will provide free beer and coffee)

To book: The 14-day Intensive Cooking Program requires a deposit, with the balance required to be paid prior to or on the first or second day of class. Please note, the school does not have eftpos or credit card facilities and accepts cash only. ATMs are within walking distance to the school if required.
