Condiments class(Optional):8:45am ~ 9:15am, USD 7.5 PP / CNY 50 pp
Market tours(Optional): 9:15am - 10:30 am, USD 15 pp / CNY 100 pp
Cooking classes
: 10:30am - 2:00pm, USD 52 pp / CNY 350 pp

•Package A: Condiments class+ Market tour + Cooking class.
•Package B: Market tour + Cooking class
•Package C: Cooking class

(When yuo book the class, Please tell me which package you would like to do)

•  Learn how to use a Chinese kitchen knife.
•  All ll classes are hands-on - you see what the chef sees.
•  Every one will have your own knife, a chopping board and stove.
•  All classes are taught in English by a professionally licensed Chinese chef.
•  Take- -home recipes are provided for every dish cooked.
•  Join the optional market tour (1.5 hours) before your cooking class to learn more about Chinese produce    and culture.
